Ring of Fire, Habanero Hot Sauce - Original (12.5 fl. oz.)

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of cumin, tomatoes, chile pepper, coriander, thyme,
cheese(?!?!), cilantro, vinegar, garlic and a lot of other spices.
The taste is very rich and complex and the habanero flavour is allmost overpovered by all the spices.
This sauce is perfect with all kinds of meat, chicken and fried salmon.
Less good on egg sandwiches.
One bottle = 2 - 3 servings.

Ring of Fire, Tomachillo Hot Sauce (12.5 fl. oz.)

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of tomatillo, garlic, a lot of spices, lime and chile peppers.
The taste is fresh and so rich in flavours that it is difficult to identify the separate ingredients.
The spices reminds me of a dry spice mix I bought from a small Libanese store in Gothenburg some years ago.
Use this sauce with all kinds of food, or drink it direct from the bottle.
It tastes good enough to enjoy as it is, without any food.
One bottle is enough for 2 - 3 servings of food.
