Smith's Alabama Sunshine Gold Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz.)

Tasted 1999
A mild sauce with a taste of onions, chile peppers, garlic and vinegar.
A very nice sauce, but too mild to my taste.

Smith's Alabama Sunshine Jalanero Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz.)

Tasted 1999
A more than medium hot sauce with a taste of habanero and red jalapeno with a fresh hint of garlic.
A very well balanced taste with a lot of fresh chli pepper flavour and only hints of garlic and vinegar.
The combination of habanero and ripe jalapeno is almost perfect in this sauce.
The first impresison is only habanero, and the jalapeno taste builds up under the habanero,
at the same time as the heat builds up.
Lovely on egg sandwiches, good on most other food.
One bottle = one serving.

Smith's Alabama Sunshine Jalapeno Green Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz.)

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a slightly sweet taste of jalapeno and a hint of garlic.
The little sweetness and the garlic is in perfect balance with the jalapeno.
One of the best jalapeno sauces I have tasted so far.
Perfect with seafood and most other food.
One bottle = one serving.

A medium hot sauce with a slightly sweet taste of ripe jalapeno, well balanced by a little vinegar.
The samll amounts of vinegar, sugar and salt enhance the taste of ripe jalapeno, without competing with it.
A rather nice sauce. Good with most kinds of food.
One bottle = one serving.
