Chili Paste - Na Rog (134 g)

Tasted 2006
A dry chili paste for cooking. The taste is a lot of chili, a touch of
sweetness, and hints of tamarind and dryed fish. Best used in cooking,
or add olive oil to the paste and use it as a spread on sandwiches, eggs,
chicken, fish and all other types of food. You can use a lot of this
chili paste as it has a low salt content.
One jar = 4-5 servings.

Chili Paste - Sawan (134 g)

A dry chili paste for cooking. The taste is a lot of chili, dryed
shrimps, fish and a small hint of tamarind. Best used in cooking.
You can add a lot of this chili paste as it has a low salt content.
One jar = 4-5 servings.

Chili Paste - Tadaeng (90 g)

Tasted 2007
A rather hard, medium hot, rather salty chili paste with a taste of
dryed shrimps, chili, onion and a little sweetness. Best used in
coocking as it is to hard to spread over allready cooked food.
One jar is enough for one or two servings, but it adds rather much salt.

Sweet Chilli Sauce for Chicken (9.6 fl. oz. / 280 ml)

Tasted 1999
A mild sauce with a sweet taste of chile pepper, garlic and vinegar.
To sweet and too mild to my taste.
A sauce for chile virgins.
