A perfect pour-over chicken sauce, also good with pasta and fried fish.

A mild sauce with a taste of garlic, green chile peppers, cilantro, vinegar and spices.
A wounderful but mild, pour-over sauce for fish, shellfish and chicken.

A rather mild sauce with a taste of red beets, chile pepper, onions, vinegar, cabbage and spices.
Very good with pork, bacon and eggs, fish and on pasta dishes.

Zulu Fire Sauce (490 ml / 16.6 fl. oz.)

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of chile pepper, vinegar, sweet potatoes, onions and spices.
Rather nice taste, but sligthly too much vinegar. Goes fairly well with most kinds of food.
