Chinese Hot Sauce 1/2 cup sherry 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 teas powdered ginger 1/2 teas sugar 6 Piri-piri chopped, seeds and all 2 cloves garlic sesame oil Put the chopped chiles in oil and fry till brown, add chopped garlic and fry it a while.
