Guacamole 2 ripe avocadoes 1 - 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 jalepeno, diced very fine 1/4 of a medium onion, diced very fine 1 clove garlic, diced very fine pepper to taste The key to guacamole is ripe avocadoes, fruit yields slightly to pressure.
