HABANERO MANGO CHUTNEY 1 ripe habanero, stemmed 1 ripe mango, peeled & chopped 1 large ripe peach, peeled & chopped juice of 1 lime 2 t curry powder 1 t cumin 1 t ground ginger 1/4 t nutmeg Chop habanero in food processor. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until semi smooth. Refrigerate for a couple hours to blend flavors. Great with grilled chicken, smoked turkey and baked ham, even rice and vegetables.
