Basic red Salsa 700 ml chopped tomato, fresh or canned 5 or 6 chopped green onions 150 ml can hot green chillies, or fresh 25 sprigs cilantro, chopped 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder Chop and mix all this together. add enough water till all covered. If you are using canned tomatoes, use the juce form the can also. All measurements are aprox. I add a lot more chilies.
