Fresh Salsa 10 small Roma (also called plum or Italian) tomatoes 1/2 sweet pepper (red was on sale so I used that) 3 jalapeno peppers (use more or less according to heat desired) 1/2 small onion juice from 1/2 lime several tablespoons of chopped cilantro salt to taste Chop first four ingredients however fine you like them.
