Grilled Poblano Salsa 4 fresh jalapenos 4 fresh serranos 2 large poblano peppers, roasted 1/2 cup chopped onion 3 cloves garlic minced 2 cans tomatoes and chilies 1 cup tomato sauce 1/4 cup vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 2 tsp salt Cut stems and seeds out of all peppers.
