HotChili-Mike's Hot Pina Colada Wings 1 kg Chicken Wings Marinade: 2 dl Pineapple 2 dl Coconut Milk 1 dl Souy Sauce (Kikkoman or other Japanese) 1 tb Sambal Olek 15 g Ginger (fresh) Put all ingredients for the marinade in a food processor and mix on high speed 3 minutes with the steel blade. Cover the wings with marinade. Marinate the wings for 6 - 12 hours. Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt.
