HotChili-Mike's Hot Rum & Tomato Wings 2 kg Chicken Wings Marinade: 2 dl Dark Rum 1 dl Lime Juice (fresh) 1 dl Tomato Purée 1 dl Soy Sauce (Kikkoman or other Japanese) 50 g Chipotle 1 tb Thyme (fresh) 1 ts Cumin 1 ts Sesame Oil 1 dl Olive Oil Mix all marinade ingredients in a food processor (with the steel blade) and cover the wings with marinade.
