Korean Chicken Wings Number of Servings 4 Preparation Time 45 Sauce 1 cup soy sauce 12 Tablespoons sugar 2 or 3 cloves minced garlic 4-5 Tsp sesame seeds 4-5 Tsp dried chives sprinkle of red crushed peppers (to desired hotness) Mix sauce ingredients all together and stir well to dissolve sugar. Let sit to allow flavors to mingle. *sometimes I micro the soy & sugar half a minute or so to dissolve sugar better. Fry 1kg of chicken wings Dip them in flour, brown and cook until done.
