* Exported from MasterCook * Maple Glazed Chicken Wings Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers Chicken Hors d'Oeuvres Hot Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 pounds whole chicken wings 1 cup maple syrup 2/3 cup chili sauce 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes Cut chicken wings into 3 sections; discard wing tip. In a large sealable plastic bag or shallow dish combine all ingredients except chicken. Reserve 1 cup of mixture separately, cover and refrigerate. Place chicken wings in the marinade in the dish, coat well and let sit for about 4 hours or overnight. Drain and discard marinade and grill chicken for 12-15 minutes over medium hot coals.
