Oriental Wings A subtle combination of Oriental flavorings and wok cooking. What? You don't have a wok? After all those ads on Cable TV? Just don't buy an electric wok. They simply don't get hot enough. Ingredients: 2 pounds wings, disjointed, tips discarded 1/2 cup peanut oil 3 tablespoons oyster sauce 3 slices fresh ginger root 2 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon sherry 1 cup chicken broth Makin' It: Brown wings in oil in any ol' frying pan and drain. Place the wings in a wok, along with the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
