Alabama Wild Fire Hot Sauce, Extra Extra Hot, Habanero Pepper Hot (5 fl. oz.)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a fresh and clean taste of habanero and a little vinegar.
The first impression is a clean fruity habanero flavour, within a few seconds it is followed by a rather impressing heat.
There is nothing to disturb the habanero, only a little vinegar, a minimum of salt and a minimum of sugar to lift the habanero flavour.
I love this sauce! Clearly a favorite!
One bottle = one serving (or 3 egg sandwiches).

Uncle Wilson Brand, Tabasco Pepper Sauce (5 fl. oz.)

Tasted 1999
A more than medium hot sauce with a fresh and clean "green" chili taste and a well balanced acidity.
This is the best tabasco sauce I have tasted yet!
It tasted soo good that after I tasted it, I drank the whole bottle without any food.
(It was anyway too thin to put on the egg sandwiches.)
Then I chopped the peppers and used them on an egg sandwich, a rather good combination.

XXX Hot Special Black Label, Red Savina Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz.)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a sligthly sweet taste of habanero and garlic.
The first impression is a mellow, slightly sweet habanero fruitiness and a hint of garlic.
The heat hits after a few seconds leaving only the habanero flavour and a relly good burning in the mouth.
Rather impressive sauce, perfect on egg sandwiches and with all other food.
One bottle = 1 - 2 servings (or 3 - 4 egg sandwiches).
