Mad Dog, Boston's Best Liquid Fire Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz.)
Tasted 1999
A rather hot, thick sauce with a lot of taste.
Onion, tomato, cumin, garlic, chilipepper and herbs.
Perfect with meat and with cheese.
One bottle is enough for 1 or 2 servings.
I wish it was possible to buy this sauce in 1 gallon jars!
Mad Dog, Inferno Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz.)
Tasted 1999
A very hot and very sweet sauce with a taste which is dominated by cloves and lacking all traces of chili flavour.
Use this sauce to add heat if you need extra heat when cooking (if you like the taste of cloves), but don't expect any chili taste from it.
One or two teaspoons is enough to give good heat to any serving of food.
Not one of my favorites!
Mad Dog, Inferno Hot Sauce - 1999 Reserve (157 gr / 5.5 oz)
Tasted 2000
Extremely hot, dominated by a bitter tone of capcaine extract.
This is not for use with food, only some "mad dog's" morbide experiment to make a
"sauce" hotter than anything elese by adding a lot of capcaicine extrackt.
3 drops are hot enough for an egg, and 6 drops hot are enough for a big egg sandwich.
But don't use it at all if you want a chili sauce, as it lacks all traces of chile pepper.
REALLY USELESS!
If you only are looking foor heat and no taste:
One bottle is enough to destroy 6 egg sandwiches or 12 servings of other food.
