A fairly hot chile sauce with a touch of curry and too much vinegar.
Use it with any food there you would like a lot of acid.
One bottle = one serving (if you can stand the vinegar taste).

Baronhall Farms, Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce ( 5 oz. / 140 ml)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a fresh taste of habanero, lime, ginger, cinnamon and a little vinegar.
This sauce is thick enough to stay on the egg sandwiches.
One bottle is enough for 2 - 3 egg sandwiches.
