Blue Dragon, Chilli & Garlic Sauce (150 ml)
Tasted 1999A mild rather sweet sauce which tastes more from apples than from chile pepper and garlic.
Based on apple pulp, water, chili, sugar and dry garlic . . . . . .
I don't know if apple pulp is better or worse than vinegar, it does however give a very special taste to this sauce.
I find no use for this sauce in my kitchen.
