Blue Dragon, Chilli & Garlic Sauce (150 ml)

Tasted 1999
A mild rather sweet sauce which tastes more from apples than from chile pepper and garlic.
Based on apple pulp, water, chili, sugar and dry garlic . . . . . .
I don't know if apple pulp is better or worse than vinegar, it does however give a very special taste to this sauce.
I find no use for this sauce in my kitchen.
