Dare to be Evel, War Horse Hot Sauce (5 oz.)
Tasted 1999A very, very hot sauce with a fresh taste of chile peppers, tomatoes and capsaicin, which is rapidly followed by an intense and long lasting heat.
Use this sauce only to add heat to the food when cooking. The chile taste is almost overpowered by the heat.
Be careful if you are using it as a pour over sauce - one teaspoon is more than enough, even for serious fire eaters.
2 or 3 tablespoons in one serving of food is my limit with this sauce.
