Fresh taste and fair heat, but sligthly too much vinegar.
One bottle = 2 servings.

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a smoky taste of vinegar, chile pepper and garlic.
Fresh taste with a smoky chile flavour and a nice heat, long aftertaste.
Use this sauce with all kinds of fried or grilled food.
One bottle = 1 - 2 servings.

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of jalapeno, garlic and vinegar.
Fresh jalapeno flavour with a little too much acidity and nice heat.
This sauce go well with seafood.
One bottle = 1 - 2 servings.

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a taste of habanero, vinegar and spices.
Fair heat and fine habanero flavour, but too much vinegar to my taste.
One bottle is hot enough for 3 servings, but the vinegar is too much for 9 servings.

A medium hot sauce with a smoky, sligthly sweet taste of tomatoes, habanero, lime and onions.
Really tasty with good harmony between all ingredients.
This sauce is perfect for all kinds of fried or grilled food - meat, poultry and seafood.
One bottle = one serving.

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of cayenne peppers, garlic/onion and vinegar.
Fine taste of ripe cayenne and garlic with only enough vinegar to add freshness.
This sauce go well with meat and with egg dishes.
One bottle = one serving.
