Biketoberfest 1995 Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)
Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of carrots, vinegar, onions and habanero.
The taste has no freshness, and carrots and onions is dominating over the habanero flavour.
There was no "best before date" on the bottle, but it was maybe a little too old when I tasted it.
A "one-serving-bottle".
Biketoberfest 1998 Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)
Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of salt, vinegar and habanero.
Too much salt and too much vinegar makes it almost useless as hot sauce.
The best use I can find for this sauce is to use it as a substitute for vinegar
when I am making mayonnaise. It gives a nice spicyness to the mayonnaise.
The heat in one bottle is maybe enough for one or two servings of food,
but it will make the food tast nothing but salt and vinegar.
Daytona Bike Week 1995 Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)
Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of carrots, vinegar, garlic and habanero.
A rather ordinary habanero sauce with a little too much vinegar.
Still rather good on eggs.
One bottle is enough for one serving of scrambled eggs or 3 egg sandwiches
(but a little too thin to stay on a sandwich).
Daytona Bike Week 1996 Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)
Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of onions/garlic, vinegar, carrots and a little habanero.
Too thin to have on egg sandwiches, but rater good with most other egg dishes.
One bottle is hot enough for one serving, but acid enough for 2 - 3 servings.
Daytona Bike Week 1997 Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)
Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of salt, vinegar, lime, habanero and onions.
An ordinary habanero sauce with too much salt.
One bottle = 2 servings.
Daytona Bike Week 98 Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)
Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a fine taste of habanero, garlic and lime.
Very fresh and fruity, but rather low heat level for a habanero sauce.
Good with most kinds of food, and perfect on eggs.
One bottle is enough for one serving of food or two egg sandwiches.
Daytona Bike Week 1999 Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)

An ordinary habanero sauce with too much salt.
