The first impression is a rather mild sauce with a sweet and spicy fruit of lime, chile pepper and onions,
after a few seconds comes a spicy habanero flavour, which is soon followed by an intense heat.
It has a rich and well balanced taste with fine harmony between all ingredients.
This sauce is perfect with allmost all kinds of food, and it do almost add a new dimension to the breakfast egg sandwiches.
One bottle is enough for one serving (or 3 egg sandwiches).
