A rather mild sauce with a sweet taste of onions, salt, peaches and chile pepper.
A very fine taste is ruined by too much salt.
A one-serving-bottle (if you can stand the salt).

A rather mild sauce with a taste of cayenne peppers, vinegar and salt.
The cayenne flavour is very fine but it is ruined by too much vinegar.
Would have been a very good egg sauce if it had been a little less acid.
A one-serving-bottle (if you can stand the vinegar).

A medium hot sauce with a taste of carrots, vinegar, habanero and garlic.
The taste is fresh, but has more flavour of carrots than of habanero and sligthly too much vinegar.
Rather good on egg sandwich.
One bottle is enough for one serving of food or two eggsandwiches.

A rather mild sauce with a taste of cayenne peppers, vinegar, garlic and salt.
This sauce has a fine cayenne flavour in good harmony with garlic, but everything is ruined by too much vinegar and too much salt.
A one-serving-bottle (if you can stand the vinegar and the salt).
