A rather hot, sligthly acid sauce with a fruity taste of carrots, lime and chile pepper.
The first impression is only fruity and after a few seconds comes flavours of carrots, chile pepper and vinegar,
much later comes the heat and it builds up slowly to become a real tongue burner.
Really nice!
Use it with all kinds of food except egg sandwich (it is too thin to stay on the sandwich).
One bottle is enough for one or two servings.

Dat'l Do-it Hellish Relish (7 oz. / 199 g)

Tasted 1999
A relish with a sweet and acid taste of cabbage, tomatoes and onions.
Where are the datil peppers? No heat at all!
Useless!
