Hurtin' Habañero Sauce (5 oz. / 142 g)

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of chile pepper, vinegar, garlic, habanero and spices.
The initial taste is very fruity with a hint of lime, garlic and spices,
after a few seconds comes a fair heat and fine habanero flavour.
Perfect with seafood and with egg dishes.
Less good on egg sanwiches as it is to thin to stay on the sandwich.
One bottle is hot enough for 1 - 2 servings of food.
