A medium hot sauce with a very smoky taste of chipotle, onions and spices.
This is a perfect barbecue sauce, a lot of taste and rather good heat.
Also good with grilled salmon and fried shrimps.
Too small bottle!

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a very fruity taste of pineapple, passionfruit, habanero and a hint of garlic.
The first impression is of a tropical juice with pinapple and passionfruit,
after a few seconds comes the flavour of habanero
and a moment later the heat starts to build up on the tongue.
Perfect with chicken, fried fish and shellfish.
This is my daughters favorite sauce.
