West Indies Creole - Classic Red Pepper Sauce (85 ml / 3 fl. oz.)

Tasted 2001
A medium hot sauce with a fine fresh taste of chili peppers and a little too much vinegar.
The first impressions is very fruity with a rather sweet chile taste, soon followed by a nice heat.
Good on all kinds of food, but too thin to have on egg sandwiches.
One bottle = one serving (but be ware of the vinegar if you use much of the sauce).

West Indies Creole - Hot Pepper Sauce (85 ml / 3 fl. oz.)

Tasted 2001
A more than medium hot sauce with a fresh and fruity habanero taste and a little too much vinegar.
The first impression is an intense fresh habanero fruitiness, which is after a few seconds followed by a nice heat and a long lingering fruity aftertaste.
Perfect with all kinds of food and specially good with fried seafood.
1 bottle = 1 - 2 servings (but be ware of the vinegar if you use much of the sauce).
