A rather hot sauce with a sweet and fruity taste of habanero, pimiento, mango, lime and black pepper.
The first impression is a fruity sweetness with habanero flavour, which is followed by
blackpepper and a heat that comes from both blackpepper and habanero.
This sauce is very good on all kinds of grilled and fried food.
One bottle is enough for 2 - 3 servings.

A rather hot sauce with a taste of ginger, mango, habanero, black pepper and too much salt.
The first impression is very fruity with a fine flavour of mango/papaya, ginger and habanero,
followed by black pepper and too much salt, after 2 or 3 seconds comes an intense heat.
This sauce is very good with all kinds of grilled and fried food.
One bottle is enough for 3 - 4 servings, but it will make the food rather salty.

A rather hot sauce with a very fruity taste of mustard and a little habanero.
The first impression is mustard, mango, ginger and lime, followed by the
flavour of habanero and a fresh heat.
Perfect on bacon and eggs. One bottle = 2 - 3 servings.
