A rather hot sauce with a taste of salt, carrots, lime, garlic and habanero.
The first impression is of a salty carrot juice with a little garlic,
soon followed by the habanero flavour and a good burning heat.
Rather nice on egg sandwiches an most other food.
One bottle is enough for 2 - 3 egg sandwiches (if you can stand the salt).
