Tasted 1999A rather hot and rather sweet sauce with a fresh taste of chile peppers, apple cider vinegar (and a little garlic?).
The first impression is a mellow, fruity, less than medium hot sauce, but after 5 seconds the heat starts to build up until the toung is on fire.
The aftertaste is long and rater fruity.
The taste make this sauce perfect to have on the breakfast egg sandwiches, but it is too thin to have on sandwiches.
One bottle is enough for 3 - 5 servings.
