A rather hot sauce with a taste of cayenne peppers, vinegar and very disturbing bitterness.
The bitterness makes this sauce almost useless, except in very small quantities.
I cant't find any use for this sauce in my kitchen, as there are several other very hot sauces which tastes much better.

Tabasco's* big brother. More vinegar than chile flavour.
The only difference is that you don't need the whole bottle to one serving of food.
One bottle (5 oz) is enough for 5 - 6 servings.

A rather hot sauce with a sligthly sweet taste of cayenne peppers and vinegar, before the heat hits.
Use a few drops on a boild egg or mix a teaspoon of this sauce with two eggs if you want to make a hot omelet.
