Psycho Bitch Habanero Chipotle (5 oz.)
Tasted 1999
A less than medium hot sauce with a smoky taste of chipotle, cayenne, habanero and too much salt.
This sauce is a mix of three different peppers and the typical character of each pepper is still possible to recognize.
It starts with chipotle, a little vinegar and salt, followed by the flavour of cayenne and finishing with a fine habanero flavour and a nice heat.
If this sauce had been a little less salty it would have been perfect.
Not so very hot, but still a very good hot sauce!
Use this sauce on/in/with all kinds of food.
But be careful so the salt don't ruin your food.
Psycho Bitch Habanero Mango (5 oz.)
Tasted 1999
A rather mild sauce with a very sweet taste of mango, syrup, a hint of vinegar and habanero.
This is not a hot sauce . . . . it is a hot liquid candy . . . .
I didn't use this bottle on any food . . . . I tasted it, and tasted it again, and again . . . . until the bottle was finished, and I still wanted more . . . .
A little too sweet to use with beef, fish or chicken . . . . but perfect on ice cream!
Or drink it as it is without any food . . . .
Psycho Bitch On Fire! (5 oz.)
Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of cayenne and habanero with a little garlic and vinegar.
The first impression is only cayenne, garlic and vinegar . . . . after a few seconds comes the habanero flavour and the heat.
An almost perfect sauce for the morning egg sandwiches.
One bottle is enough for 2 - 3 egg sandwiches.
