A rather hot sauce with a taste of garlic, mustard, habanero (scoth bonnet) and a little vinegar.
The first impression is a lot of garlic and mustard with a small acidity from the vinegar,
soon followed by the flavour of habanero and a nice burning heat.
Use this sauce with meat, poultry and barbecued seafood. Less good on egg.
One bottle is hot enough for 3 - 5 servings of food.

Fletcher Grant's, Papaya Pepper Smack (6.5 oz. / 192 ml)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot and fruity sauce with a taste of lime, papaya, habanero, onions and a hint of ginger.
It has a rich well balanced taste and a good heat. Good with almost all kinds of food.
One bottle is enough for 1 serving.
