A rather hot sauce with a smoky taste of tomatoes, honey, hore radish, garlic, lemon, chile peppers and mustard.
The forst impression is of a spicy ketchup with good harmony between all ingredients, but after a short time comes an intense heat.
Good with most kinds of fried or grilled food, less good on egg sandwich.
One bottle is enough for 1 - 2 servings.
