Blair Heat, Chipotle Slam Sauce (6.7 fl.oz. / 200 ml.)

Tasted 2004
A fairly hot sauce with a fine taste of habanero, chipotle, lime and vinegar.
The vinegar is sligthly too dominating if you want to use much sauce.
One bottle = one serving.

Blair Heat, Habanero Mango Sauce (6.7 fl.oz. / 200 ml.)

Tasted 2004
A mild, but tasty habanero sauce.
The fist impression is a full, round and mellow taste of mango, onions, vinegar,
citric acid and a little chile pepper.
After a few seconds comes a little heat and the acids starts to dominate the taste.
The habanero is not really possible to identify, as it is drowned in the other flavours.
Nice as a mild dippingsauce for chicken wings.
One bottle will not give enough heat to one serving of food.

Blair's, 3AM Reserve (2 fl. oz.)

Tasted 1999
Certainly hot enough!
One half teaspoon of this sauce in 250 g creame cheese was enough to make a really hot cheese.
It did even add a new fiery dimension to mothers meat balls.
This is however not a sauce, it is a food additive, which only adds heat, not much taste to the food.
Use it together with some milder chili sauce, which also adds some taste.
I can eat fresh habanero, but I can't use this sauce without mixing it first with some other food.
Normal people should not use more than one or two drops in a serving of food.
Too small bottle and too expensive!!!

Blair's, After Death Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)

Tasted 1999
A very hot sauce with a taste of cayenne, garlic, habanero and capsain extract.
The first impression is of cayenne, garlic and habanero, but allready after one or two seconds
is the taste toatally dominated by the bitterness of capsain extract and a fiery heat.
Use this sauce carefully, it is HOT!
One bottle is enough for 20 - 30 servings.

Blair's, Death Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a taste of cayenne, garlic, habanero, chipotle, lime, spices and salt.
The first impression is of cayenne, garlic and a little chipotle.
After a few seconds comes the habanero flavour together with lime, spices and heat.
This sauce go well with all kinds of food, but too much salt
make it impossible to use it in any big amounts.
The heat in one bottle is enough for 2 servings, but the salt is enough for 8 servings.

Blair's, Hot Pot (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of jalapeno, onion, lime, cilantro and vinegar.
Very fresh taste with a "green" fruitiness and nice heat
makes this sauce go well with fish and other seafood.
One bottle = one serving.

Blair's, Smokin' Hot Pot (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)

Tasted 1999
An extremely hot sauce with a taste of jalapeno, vinegar, lime and onion.
Fresh, rather acid taste with fine jalapeno flavour and intense heat.
This sauce is really good with seafood, but use sparingly.
One bottle is enough for 8 - 12 servings.

Blair's, Sudden Death Sauce (5 fl. oz.)

Tasted 1999
Extremely hot, but the bottle I bought had a taste of soap(!). Maybe an error in production, I don't think that it shall taste like this.
One or two teaspoons in a serving of food will make it really hot (but also ruin it by making it taste like soap).
Normal people should not use more than a few drops in a serving of food.

Possible Side Effects (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)

Tasted 1999
An extremely hot sauce with a taste of capsain extract and nothing more.
Brush it on the lower parts of your wooden furniture to keep your puppets from chewing on the furniture.
Useless for all other purpouses.
