Hell Sauce, It’s Heavenly, Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce (5 fl. oz.)
Tasted 1999A medium hot sauce with too much vinegar.
There is a lot of taste (and a little too much thyme) in this sauce, but everything is drowned in vinegar.
It would have been better if they had replaced the vinegar with lime and made the sauce less acid.
One bottle of this sauce on my dinner made it taste mostly vinegar.
