A rather hot, and very acid sauce.
The first impression is only too much vinegar and salt, but after a few seconds comes a fine and clean chile flavour and an intense heat.
The vinegar and salt is no big problem, as one don't need to use the whole bottle to get a good hot taste.
Goes well with most kinds of food. Really nice on the breakfast egg sandwich.
One bottle = 3 - 5 servings.

A very mild and much too salty sauce with a taste of curry and a little chile pepper.
I can't find any use for this sauce in my kitchen, not even in curry dishes as it is too mild.
