A medium hot sauce with a fresh taste of chile peppers, a little vinegar and garlic/onions.
The taste is very fresh and slightly acid with a "green" flavour of chile peppers.
This sauce is best used with poultry or fried seafood.

A rather mild sauce with an aromatic and slihtly sweet taste of citrus fruits and green chile pepper.
Perfect with seafood and so tasty that you can drink it straight from the bottle.

A rather mild sauce with a taste of green chile peppers, onions/garlic, cumin and cilantro.
This sauce has a very fresh taste and is perfect with fried fish.

A rather hot sauce with a "green" taste of habanero, garlic and vinegar.
The taste is fresh and the sauce has a good heat level.
Best used with eggs or seafood.

A rather hot sauce with a taste of red paprika, habanero, vinegar and a little garlic.
This sauce has a good habanero flavour, balanced by garlic and only enough vinegar to add freshness.
Very good to use on eggs and on seafood.
One bottle is enough for one or two servings of food.

A medium hot sauce with a taste of cayenne peppers(?), habanero and vinegar.
Rather mild to be a habanero sauce and more taste of cayenne pepper than of habanero.
It is however a rather nice sauce, which goes well with most types of food.

A medium hot sauce with a taste of jalapeno and a hint of garlic.
The taste is fresh and fruity and the sauce is perfect to use with seafood.

A medium hot sauce with a taste of ripe jalapenos and a hint of garlic.
This sauce has a fine almost sweet taste of ripe jalapenos, well balanced by a little vinegar and only a hint of garlic.
Use it with all kinds of food.

Not so hot but a perfect sauce for meat and poultry.

A mild, fruity sauce with a smoky taste of pineapple, apricots, citrus, chile peppers.
This sauce has a very fresh and well balanced taste which starts with only fruit.
The chile flavour is slowly growing until the heat comes and the finish has a fine flavour of habanero.
A long fruity aftertaste with a lingering habanero flavour stays for several minutes.
Perfect with poultry.
One bottle = one serving.
Thai Hot Pepper Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)

A mild sauce with a taste of vinegar, chile pepper, garlic and a little lemon.
Really nice for a thai style sauce, not so sweet as most thai sauces.
Use it with all kinds of food.
One bottle = a half serving.
Tiger Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml)

A mild and sweet sauce with a taste of vinegar, cayenne and allspice/cloves.
Rather nice, but too much allspice/cloves to my taste and a little too mild.
