The first impression is too much salt and very oily,
but after a few seconds it will give your tounge a really pleasant bite.
One of the hottest Asian sauces I have tasted.
One tablespoon of this sauce is enough to make me sweat under the eyes
and four ounces is my limit for one serving of food.
However, I can't find any use for it outside Chinese or Thai cooking.
