Purgatory, Cat Scratch Fever (5 fl. oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a taste that is dominated by spices (which I can't identify, except for lemongrass), vinegar and chile peppers.
The lable says that is made from Scotch Bonnet, Thai and Cayenne peppers, but there is not much of habañero (scotch bonnet) flavour.
A rather nice taste and a good heat level makes this sauce ideal for all kinds of fried or grilled meat and poultry.
Less good on egg sandwiches.
One bottle is enough for two servings of food.

Purgatory, China Syndrome (5 fl. oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a taste of chile peppers, vinegar, allspice, lime, mustard, tomatoes, lemongrass(?) and a lot of other spices.
This sauce is perfect as pour over sauce for bbq chicken and chicken wings.
Also very good on fried shrimps or prawns.
One bottle is enough for one or two servings if you like it hot.

Purgatory, Out Of Body Experience (5 fl. oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a taste of chile pepper, lime, vinegar, bay leafs, black pepper and other spices.
A rather acid taste with a good heat combined with a fresh chile pepper flavour makes this sauce perfect for most types of fried and grilled seafood.
One bottle is enough for one or two servings.

Purgatory, Rev. Bidwell's Habanero Mustard (5 fl. oz. / 147 ml)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a taste of mustard, habanero and vinegar.
I love this sauce on bacon!
It is also perfect on hot dogs - if you like them really hot!
(The only problem is that it is to thin to stay on the hot dogs.)
One bottle is enough for one serving of bacon or 4 - 6 hot dogs.
