A medium hot sauce with a taste of onions, garlic, salt, chile pepper, tomatillos, vinegar and spices.
Rather nice taste except for a little too much salt.
Best used with seafood or chicken.
One bottle = one serving.

J.J.'s Florida Bay Habanero Pepper Sauce - Extra Hot (5 fl. oz.)

A medium hot sauce with a taste of carrots, a hint of onion and ginger and a fine fruity habanero flavour.
The first impression is of a thick and rather sweet carrot juice, followed by flavours of onion/garlic
and ginger and finished by fruity habanero and some heat.
Mix it with cream cheese for a nice spread.
1 bottle = 2 servings.

A rather mild sauce with a taste of celery, onion, a little habanero and spices.
Fresh taste and rather mild heat make this a really nice salad dressing.
