A rather hot sauce with a taste of mustard, pinapple, honey, habanero and citrus.
This an almost perfect sauce, rich fruity taste and good balance between acidity, sweetness, habanero flavour and heat.
And it is hot enough to heat up any meal if you add at least half a bottle to a serving of food.
Very good on tortillas (one bottle is enough for 4 - 5 tortillas).
