Hot Pepper Balsamic Sauce (100 ml)

A mild sauce with a taste of chili pepper, red wine and vinegar.
Rather nice despite that it is a little too acid.
The chili taste is full and fruity with a long lingering aftertaste.
Perfect as a marinade for salmon and other seafood.
One bottle = one serving.
