A medium hot sauce with a taste of carrots, vinegar, chile pepper, garlic and spices.
Very fresh taste, but too much vinegar if you want to use much of it.
The heat in one bottle is enough for one serving of food,
but the vinegar in one bottle is enough for 4 - 5 servings of food.

A mild sauce with a sweet taste of yams, honey, mango, citrus and a little chile pepper.
More candy than hot sauce, but really nice on pancakes and on ice cream.
One bottle is not hot enough for one serving.

A rather hot sauce with a taste of vinegar, (honey?), carrots, garlic and chile pepper.
Nice and fruity, but sligthly too acid to my taste.
Goes well with seafood and also with poultry.
One bottle is enough for one or two servings of food.
