Less than medium hot, with a small well balanced sweetness.
I like this sauce for it's pure chile pepper taste, and I do often use a whole bottle with one serving of food.
300 ml is a to small bottle!

A rather mild, sweet sauce with a clean chile pepper taste and a hint of garlic.
This sauce is a little too sweet to my taste.
