An extremely hot sauce with a taste of tomatoes, bourbon, habanero and capsain extract.
The first impression is a taste of tomatoes, bourbon and habanero,
but very soon all flavours are drowned in capsain extract and heat.
More taste of capsain extract than of habanero.
Use this sauce only to add heat, it don't add much taste.
One bottle is enough for 12 - 18 servings.

Fiery Hot Habanero Sauce (16 oz.)

A rather hot sauce with a sweet, smoky taste of tomatoes, red savina and spices.
The first impression is a taste of tomatoes and brown sugar,
soon followed by a smoky flavour of red savina and
after a few seconds comes an impressive burning heat.
The perfect BBQ sauce!
Use it with all kinds of meat, poultry and fried shellfish.
One bottle (16 oz.) is enough for 10 servings.

Ralph's Righteous Habanero Sauce (5 oz.)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a taste of mustard, vinegar, spices and habanero.
It starts with a rather mild flavour of mustard, herbs and vinegar,
but is soon followed by a fresh and fruity habanero flavour and a fine burning heat.
One bottle is enough for one or two servings of food or 3 egg sandwiches.

Smokin' Chipotle Sauce (16 oz.)

Tasted 1999
A mild sauce with a very sweet taste of tomatoes and chipotle.
Nice taste, but a little too sweet (more sugar than chipotle).
Best used as a hot syrup on pancakes.
One bottle is not enough to give a fair heat to one serving of food.
