Alan's Maniac Carib Sauce (5 fl. oz.)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a sweet taste of mustard, onion and scotch bonnet.
The first impression is rather mild with flavours of mustard and onion,
the habanero flavour and the heat comes after a few seconds.
Perfect with all kinds of grilled or fried seafood,
also nice with all kinds of meat and poultry.
One bottle is hot enough for 2 - 3 servings.

Alan's Maniac Liming Sauce (240 ml / 8 fl. oz.)

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of vinegar, jalapeno, habanero (scotch bonnet), lime and garlic.
Fresh taste and a fair heat level makes this sauce an ideal egg sandwich sauce.
It is however not thick enough to use in any big amount on sandwiches.
One bottle is enough for 3 - 4 egg sandwiches.
