Tasted 1999A hot, very fruity sauce with a great, well balanced taste of peaches and raspberries.
After the first impression of intense fruit, comes the habanero flavour,
which soon is followed by a heat that builds up until the tongue is almost on fire.
The fruitiness is a bit short in the aftertaste, but the heat stays for a long time.
Best with seafood and poultry, but also good with meat or as a hot dip.
One bottle is enough for 1 serving of food.
