Banana Heat Wave - Habanero Hot Sauce (5 oz. / 150 g)
Tasted 1999
A mild sauce with a sweet taste of tomatoes, bananas, allspice, onions and a little chile pepper.
It is not possible to identify any habanero flavour in this sauce as it is masked by all other ingredients.
Goes well with bbq poultry and also with deep fried shellfish.
A one-serving-bottle.
Another Bloody Day in Paradise, Three Pepper Lemon Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz.)
Tasted 1999
A medium hot, very fruity sauce with a taste of lemon, chile pepper and black pepper.
Nice with seafood, and even better in a Bloody Mary.
To make a hot spread: mix 1 part of this sauce with 2 parts cream cheese and 1 part fried shrimps.
Georgia Peach and Vidalia Onion Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz.)
Tasted 1999
A mild sauce with too much salt. Tastes nothing but salt and vinegar.
TERRIBLE!
Hot Spell - Sea Witch Festival Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz.)
Tasted 1999
A more than medium hot sauce with a taste of something chemical (ethyl acetate?)
and vinegar, salt, habanero, blackpepper, green chile pepper and lemon.
The chemical taste and smell is probably some residue from cleaning the bottles,
I can't imagine that it shall taste like this.
I poured this bottle out.
